MS1830 RGB to CVBS/S-Video Video Converter
The MacroSilicon MS1830 is an RGB to CVBS/S-Video video converter for VGA to Video, digital instrument clusters, video capture, and similar applications. It integrates SDRAM; RGB signals are sampled by a triple 10-bit ADC, encoded to NTSC/PAL, and output through a 10-bit video DAC as CVBS and S-Video.
The chip includes OSD, video enhancement, 3D noise reduction, and brightness, saturation, sharpness, and chroma adjustment. Independent horizontal/vertical scaling (1/8x–8x) and frame-rate conversion are supported.
