D3000 Integrated DDR MIPI/LVDS/RGB Display SoC
D3000 is a 1.0 GHz HiChip D-series SoC with 128 MB integrated DDR3 SiP DRAM and FHD 60 fps multi-format decode. It provides HD input / CVBS video input and RGB888/MIPI/LVDS/CVBS display output with RMII Ethernet, running RTOS/Linux in an eLQFP128 package.
